By using the services provided by Dias Auto Tuning, you (the "Client") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding vehicle performance tuning and modifications.

1. Performance and Reliability

Performance tuning involves modifying the factory settings of a vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU) to increase power, torque, and efficiency. While Dias Auto Tuning utilizes over 10 years of experience to ensure all calibrations are within safe mechanical tolerances, increasing a vehicle's performance beyond factory specifications can increase wear and tear on engine components, drivetrain, and tires. Dias Auto Tuning is not responsible for any mechanical or electrical failures that may occur after tuning.

2. Manufacturer Warranty

The Client acknowledges that any aftermarket software modification or hardware installation may void the manufacturer’s warranty. It is the Client’s responsibility to check with their vehicle manufacturer or dealership regarding the impact of tuning on their specific warranty coverage. Dias Auto Tuning accepts no responsibility for voided warranties.

3. Road Legality and Emissions

Certain tuning stages (specifically Stage 2 and Stage 3) or hardware modifications (such as high-flow exhausts or delete kits) may be designed for off-road or track use only. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure their vehicle complies with local road laws, noise ordinances, and emissions regulations. Dias Auto Tuning is not liable for any fines, legal actions, or inspection failures resulting from vehicle modifications.

4. Fuel Requirements

To maintain the safety and performance of a tuned engine, the Client must use the fuel grade specified by Dias Auto Tuning (typically 98 RON / 93 Octane or higher). Failure to use the correct fuel grade can lead to engine "knock" or damage, for which Dias Auto Tuning holds no liability.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client warrants that the vehicle is in good mechanical condition before any tuning service is performed. Dias Auto Tuning reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed mechanically unfit for performance mapping.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dias Auto Tuning shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to engine damage, personal injury, or loss of vehicle use.
